My name is Roan Wilms and I study Cloud & Cyber Security at Thomas More in Geel. I chose this field because I'm passionate about technology and building robust IT infrastructures. The challenge of integrating automation into cloud environments and networks particularly appeals to me.
Outside my studies, I'm active in the student association EMT, where I take on the role of Welfare Officer. I'm committed to the mental well-being of fellow students, which sets me apart in the technical world.
My ambition is to build a career in datacenter and infrastructure management, supporting companies in setting up and maintaining secure and efficient systems. From Kubernetes orchestration to network security policies — I'm driven by the challenge of protecting critical infrastructure.
